  • We expect individuals with a high degree of responsibility, providing solutions to problems they encounter.
  • We care deeply about the ethical implications of AI and emphasize augmentation over automation.

Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced backend engineer familiar with Python as developer to join our core team in building our platform services, full-stack integration, and their deployment and monitoring.  Your role is to understand the intricacies of backend software development and architecture better than anyone else on the team—helping guide a team of mixing senior and more junior developer.  You’ll also play a key role in shaping the entire system as well as continuously improve the quality and reliability of the code created by the team.  By integrating all systems together to better serve our users, you’ll work closely with both the front-end and back-end developers as necessary.
